Our prime lending market is residential property, but we will consider other proposals on merit, including development projects to a maximum of five units, for which we have two project managers.

Our Senior Team have over 35 years experience in the lending and risk marketplace in the UK lending and we will know the exact way to transact a deal, however complex it may be, without referring to our Solicitors, such is our level of experience.
